This kit contains furniture pieces in the true 1in = 1ft scale, many rooms available: each sold separately. Unfinished wood construction. Assembly is required: tools and materials are not included. Recommended for children 12 and up.

2. Before the assembly, brush all the rough edges smoothly with high quality sand paper
3. You should have a concept for each component's position
4. Assemble the two components with consistent Numbers together
5. If somewhere loose, please bond it with glue
