Usage Information: To prepare a single feeding, add 4 level scoops (40g) of Enfagrow A+ Stage 4 to 180ml of warm water (400C) that has previously been boiled for 5 minutes to make 208ml beverage. Stir or shake well.

Safety Measure: Use scoop in can to measure powder. Store DRY scoop in this can.
Enfagrow A+ Stage 4 can also be given from a feeding cup. Ensure all feeding utensils are washed and sterilized thoroughly before preparation.
WARNING: Do not use microwave oven to warm formula Serious burns may occur.
CAUTION: Please do not consume if there is any packaging defect or missing aluminum foil, tin foil or tin lid. If reconstituted beverage is not consumer immediately, keep in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours after mixing.
